Terms and Conditions
AGE OF CONSENT
Goods may only be purchased by persons of 18 and over. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order Goods, we will be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice.
CONDITIONS
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a Consumer.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by harmonyshop.co.uk. Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

ORDERING
harmonyshop.co.uk may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
Where Goods ordered are not available from stock you will be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available or cancel the order.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the Website. The price is inclusive of VAT and excludes delivery charges.
After the order is received you will be sent a confirmation by email with the details, description and price for the Goods.
RIGHTS OF SELLER
harmonyshop.co.uk reserves the right to periodically update prices on the Website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time and will make every effort to ensure prices are correct when you place an order.
We reserve the right to withdraw any Goods from the Website at any time.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
harmonyshop.co.uk will be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by you upon making a purchase.
DELIVERY
Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 2 working days of acceptance of order.
harmonyshop.co.uk will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified in the order.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN
You should inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and should notify us in writing or by email at contact@harmonyuk.com within 7 days if the Goods are damaged. If you fail to do so you will be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, you should return the goods within 28 days of delivery. Please clean items before returning. You will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
You have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the order and receive a refund by returning the Goods within 28 days of receipt at your expense in the original packaging and should adequately insure the package. The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of software, audio or visual recordings if these have been unsealed by the Consumer.
You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number inside the package.
LINGERIE RETURNS
We are happy for you to try the lingerie on but for hygiene reasons, please try the items on over your underwear. If the item is the wrong size or you decide it is not what you wanted, please follow the returns procedure ensuring that all labels are still attached. If on return, we find the item to be either worn or soiled, we will not refund the goods and will send them back to you at your expense.
